Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This policy explains what information Iwantrackcards (iwantrackcards.com) collects when you read the site, contact us or sign up for email, how that information is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short where we can and specific where it matters.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form you send us your name, email address, a subject and your message. When you sign up for email you give your details to the newsletter form provider described below.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records standard log data: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site running, spot errors and block abuse.

Cookies and similar technologies

Iwantrackcards itself doesn't need cookies to show you an article. Some of the services we use do set cookies or similar identifiers, as described in the next three sections. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some ads may be less relevant.

Google Analytics

We use, or may use, Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referral source. We use this to decide what to write and how to improve the site, not to identify individual readers. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies.

Advertising through Revive Adserver

Ads on the site are delivered through Revive Adserver. The ad server may set cookies to limit how often you see an ad, rotate ads and count impressions and clicks. Advertisers whose creatives appear on the site may use their own technologies, governed by their own policies.

Newsletter form provider

Our email signup form is hosted by a third-party CRM provider (served from link.sphere-crm.com). Information you enter in that form goes to that provider and is used to send you the newsletter. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Feed headlines and third-party links

Some pages show headlines from other publishers' RSS feeds, fetched by our own server. Clicking a headline takes you to that publisher's site, where its privacy policy applies. The same goes for the Google News link and any other external link. We aren't responsible for the practices of other sites.

How we use information

We use what we collect to answer messages, send email you asked for, run and secure the site, measure readership and sell advertising space. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent our email list.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to certain uses. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, to delete and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Visitors from the European Economic Area and the UK have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. To use any of these rights, send a request through our contact page. We'll respond within the time the law requires.

Children

Iwantrackcards is written for working marketers and business owners. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Data retention and security

We keep contact messages as long as needed to deal with them and server logs for a limited period. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Questions about privacy go through the contact page.
